Do I need to be based in Korea or the US to join Picky Thryve?
No! We work with creators all over the world, as long as the brand you're partnering with can ship to your country, you're good to go. The one exception is TikTok Shop Affiliate campaigns, which are only open to creators based in the US at the moment.
What does a typical campaign look like?
Most campaigns require 1 to 5 videos posts. But the heart of it is the same: get creative, really understand the brand's concept and guidelines, and create content that feels authentic to you while genuinely resonating with their audience. Quality and impact always beat quantity.
What is the criteria to get campaign invitations?
We look at the full picture, not just follower count. Things like content quality, how consistently you perform, how well you connect with your audience, and whether you reliably follow through on campaigns. If that sounds like you, you're exactly who we're looking for.
How do I get paid for a campaign?
Most campaigns are priced at a flat fee (plus commission on Affiliate campaigns). Once you complete the campaign, you'll be paid within 14 days via Picky Thryve system, with payouts issued directly to your bank account.
Is Picky Thryve the same as the Picky app?
Not quite! The Picky app is open to everyone and is where you'll find brand collabs and paid campaigns to discover and apply to. Picky Thryve is our invite-only platform for established creators. You can think higher commissions, curated premium campaigns, and long-term partnerships with brands you'll work with again and again.
