Stevia - A Tretinoin Cream 0.025%

Cerave Moisturising Cream 

I recently purchased the Efaclar Duo Acne Spot Treatment from La Roche Posay 
My question is, can I use the Efaclar Dua in the morning, replacing the ISIS pharma creme and at night continue to use Stevia-A 0.025% tretinoin cream ? 🤔

Can Tretinoin and Benzoyl Peroxide be used together ?

Hi everyone 👋

I took couple of pictures after I woke up and so far this is the best that my skin has ever been😊

My concerns are : Hormonal acne and occasional breakouts, acne scars, dry skin, chappy lips 

I have been using Pixi Glow cleanser and Pixi Vit C Toner .. The Stevia-a tretinoin acne cream and a Nivea Drugstore Mointuriser with Vit E and Jojoba Oil 

Am scared to post this omg.😩😬

What products can i use ?

I am 18 and I do not have a job .. Am still a student 
I really struggle to budget when purchasing my products because I do a lot of savings but then either I end up buying some thing else other than skin care or the shipping costs are wayy too expensive and retailers charge so much !! HELP

Do you budget when buying skin care products ?

I have noticed that in hotter days, my skin may not absorb the product very well but my moisturizer complements the tonic helping it to be absorbed hence my skin is not dewly-like 
Also I have see  reviews that this product oxidizes very quick if not stored properly - but am not sure if mine is !!

I have been using the Pixi Vitamin C tonic for a while now and this has definitely reduce my acne scars and dark spots also. 
I apply it in the morning and it soaks into the skin very well.
