Does cerave SA renewing cleanser causes purging? if I use it only once a day? my skin is normal to dry and have few white and black heads, cannot tolerate leave on exfoliater so thinking to invest in this?

I have been using this since 12th of December, and I find it so so so good for PIE (post inflammatory erythema). Doesn&#39;t leaves skin rough and patchy.

In start I applied like a sandwiche method with moisturizer because my skin is super sensitive to new products.

I found it slow in efficiency. Although it&#39;s 20= azelic acid, but still it&#39;s very slow to show some results in a month.

Using since a month, still waiting my mskacne to reduced, it&#39;s working but very slow. It&#39;s 20% azelaic acid.
But helps in reducing PIE

Too dry and patchy effect comes after applying
