For reference, I have extremely dry skin and I live in a hot, dry, desert climate. 

Firms skin texture and strengthens skin barrier, this high-concentration cream leaves a silky finish. Kinda not terribly keen on the stringy/gooey consistency, having a hard time believing there's no snail in here. 😱

It firms and repairs damaged skin, love how it can be used with actives or alone. Provides lightweight hydration. 

Skin1004 is one of my favourite brands, when it comes to sensitive skin, they're experts and I can trust their formulas. No break-outs, no irritation. Ever. 

Nothing, not a single bad thing. In fact, it's TWICE the size of standard eye creams (30mL) so an outstanding value for $$$ 🙌🏻

💭 Once again, excellent formula to moisturize, soothe, brighten and renew delicate skin around eyes. It's definitely a higher concentration of actives than my usual retinol sleeping mask (Glow Recipe avocado) so I ended up padding it out with RNW Der Concentrate Ceramides.

Container feels cheaply made but I don't mind it at this price point.

I have not heard of Skin Food before (only proves that I do indeed live under a rather handsome rock), there's no retail box involved, container feels cheap and flimsy (don't recommend tossing it around much) and the worst part: tiny gritty particles I didn't anticipate. 

Well, I'll be the first one to admit I was a fool for judging a book by its cover. I apologize. 

✅ Cheorwon Odae rice bran water (20%) - removes dead skin cells, helps clarify, brighten skin
✅ Cheorwon Odae rice powder (5%) - provides fine, GENTLE exfoliation

🌾 Rice is a rich source of Vitamin E and linoleic acid, making rice-based skincare great antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and moisturizing while providing healing support to skin cell regeneration, making it a potent acne-fighter. 

💭 This mask has a light cotton scent, is easy to use, just leave it on for 10 minutes then wipe it clean. Really left my skin brighter and even-toned. There's a slight sticky residue, but at $6 for a whole jar, I can't be mad at it now, can I?! 


Everything pretty much. 

This is a slightly drying, foaming cleanser that's overpriced and migraine-triggering/overly scented as a face wash. I assign exactly 3 stars because it works fine as a hand wash. Wouldn't recommend it.

There's nothing bad about it, if I must mention something, the price is a bit of a tear-jerker. 

RNW - dermacare to restore power of your skin.

After toning, before emulsion/moisturizer. 

💭 Look, if you have dry, sensitive skin, this is a godsend. It just works. By some magic. I think it might be the ceramides, might be Witchcraft but I reach for this every single night. Just beautiful. Truly scent-free. Gentle. I love it.
