Before I get into the dirty (or clean details 😉) I have to start by saying I LOVE this cleanser! I have never used anything like LAGOM’s Cellup Gel To Water Cleanser before and I am officially in love! I have been using it everyday for the last 2 1/2 weeks so it has already made its way into my permanent skincare rotation. Now for the good stufff…

🌸WHAT IT DOES🌸
The ingredients listed above, along with others, help to hydrate your skin, whether you’re skin is dry, oily, or combo. With antioxidant Vitamin C, this cleasner can help to brighten your complexion and smooth fine lines. Other essentails oils can help calm skin, diminish breakouts, and help with acne overall. The rose and myrhh oil are antioxidants, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory, which also help with hydration. It can also be used as a first cleanse for ligtweight, non-waterproof makeup. 

💧APPLICATION💧
The Gel to Water Cleanser is a thick gel that when applied to your skin turns into a liquified cleanser. You can apply the cleasnser to dry skin or to slightly damp skin and massage gently. Rinse with warm water. (It really does go from gel to liquid!!)

🤩MY THOUGHTS🤩
I’m a sucker for packaging and the clean lines and clear packing of LAGOM’s cleanser got me! It’s not only nice to be able to see how much product you have left but also looks really sleek if you want to leave it out on your sink/bathroom. The bottle comes with 220mL/7.4fl oz. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY!! I have been applying to dry skin, massaging in, and rinsing off with warm water. I read from LAGOM that it’s a good idea to take off your heavy night creams and start the day fresh. I have sensitve skin with Rosacea and was in a bad flare up when I started using this cleanser. With the first use I noticed my skin was not as red or as inflamed. With continued use, I have noticed a change in my complexion. The redness and inflammation is gone and my skin is looking brighter. I also have very dry skin and hard water and the cleanser has not stripped my skin, made it feel tight, or too dry. I will continue to use this daily!!!

Lagom Giveaway Review

Hi! Have you used Vitamin C in your routine and seen a difference? I’m currently looking for a good, affordable (key word) brand that will deliver in results. I’m not sure:
1. Which brand to be looking at?
2. Which formula is best? - I’ve read and heard about VC being mixed with VE and Ferulic Acid (I believe) for better stability? But now I’m seeing serums with Hyaluronic Acid and other actives mixed in. 

I have combo skin, which tends to be more more dry. My skin is prone to sensitivity and I do have roscea; however, my skin quickly adapts to new serums and routines. 

Any help is greatly appreciated! 🧡🧡

Serums vs Oils vs Ampuoles

If you have really oily skin, this mask may be too much hrydration for you. 

I received the Birch Hydrating Mask for free from Picky and Hue_Calm in exhange for my honest review. 

This is my first time ever using a sheet mask (😳) and I am beyond thrilled with my experience! The mask is a thick, soft jelly sheet that packs major hydration. The masks are so drenched in all things good for your skin there is liquid left in the package but somehow it doesn’t drip down your neck. I used the leftover liquid on the back of my hands! The mask suctions to your face, doesn’t slide anywhere, and your skin just soaks it all in. My skin was left plump, more hydrated than it has been in a long time, and it was glowing! This mask is cooling and relaxing and I cannot wait to use it in the hot and humid summer months! (Note: I have really dry, sensitive skin and had zero issues)

My Overall Take:
I don’t have anything to compare the mask to but for my first experience with a sheet mask I am amazed!! My dry, sensitive skin loved EVERYTHING about this product. My skin looked amazing the following days after use as well. I cannot say enough good things about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🤩🤩

This sunscreen stung my eyes so badly. I had to use it one day at the beach because it was the only sunscreen we had. Immediately my eyes started to sting and water. It also didnt protect me that well from the sun. I tried it again a year later and the same thing happend - my eyes immediatley started to tear up and stung so badly that I had to wash my face.

This product was easy to apply. It didnt leave a whitecast on my face although my skin is fair. Was easy to reapply after being in the sun and sand. Zero frangrance.

The ONLY aspect I question about Vanicream is: does it cleanse as well as other cleansers do? Otherwise, there is nothing bad in my opinion.

This is the cleanser I always come back to. It doesn’t matter if my skin is oily, dry, or combo; Vanicream is the one to calm and sooth my skin. I have rosacea, and if my skin is in a particlar bad flare, this cleanser always calms my skin and restores the moisture barrier. It doesn’t leave my skin dry, tight, or dehydrated. It is fragrance free. My dermatologist was glad I was using it and recommended to keep using it especially during our dry winter months.

I have not had any bad experiences with this product. No stinging, burning of eyes, or burning of skin. It’s effective and protects my son. I’ve used it on myself before with zero problems.

I’ve been using this on my son for years. When youre at the beach or pool and trying to reapply sunscreen its close to impoosible. The kids just want to get back in and play. Of the numerous sticks I have found, the one glides on super easily, there’s zero tugging, no tears, I can get all areas of his face quickly, it’s water resistant (always reapply!!), and most importantly - it protects him from the sun!!

I have a love&#47;hate relationship with this product. If I use too much, then I end up with a bright red, burned face. A little goes a long way. It makes my skin tacky, which can be a good. I follow up with a moisturizer, which can pill if i use too much serum. Theres a learning curve.

This product makes my skin glow after using it. It helps to cut down on the redness and makes my skin appear more plump and youthful after using. The price is ridiculously low for such a great product.
