I have been using this retinol serum for the past 3 months! I’m about 2/3 of the bottle through. I bought it online on Amazon on sale for about $22 CAD. This was my 2nd retinol serum to test out. I used up the cerave retinol resurfacing serum as I believe it’s a good introductory product to retinol and from there I moved into this serum.

Packaging:  The bottle is nice and feels luxurious. The dropper is big and I havnt had issues with dispensing the serum. 

Experience: The serum itself is quite running and it has a yellow-y tint to it. It’s very easy to spread on the face and then I pat it onto my face. For about a minute after, it will have a slightly sticky texture but that goes away right after, which I like. I started using it every 2 days for about a week then every other day then I upgrade daily use. I havnt had issues with the causing too much dryness in my skin because I make sure to moisturize very well in the morning! I did have some breakouts/slight purging on my forehead but overall, I notice my pores have gotten smaller and my skin is looking slightly more even. 
Another important note is that they very clearly disclose the percentage of Retinol in the product, which isn’t always the case with retinol serums at the drugstore! 

I will continue to use this bottle up and may consider repurchasing it in the future? 

- needs to be set well with powder if you have oily skin 
- medium coverage, not enough to cover dark under eyes 

I bought this concealer about a month ago and have been using it daily since. 
- the shade range is amazing! As usual, fenty always has so many different shades and undertones. For me, I chose 240N (neutral) 
- this concealer is very creamy and glowy! I would consider it to be medium coverage. I think for someone who doesn’t have dark under eyes, this would be a good amount of coverage. For myself, I have darker under eyes that I try to cover up, I find that I have to use 2 layers of this to get the coverage I’m looking for. 
- this isn’t a heavy enough concealer to cover any blemishes on the face in my opinion. 
- after setting it with powder, it does stay in place well, but after an 8 hour work day, I do see some creasing for sure. 
- the packaging is very pretty and compact and the applicator makes it easy to apply a good amount of product under the eyes. 
Overall, I think this is a good concealer. But I am looking for something with more coverage and slightly more long lasting 

Less % of propolis compared to cosrx serum.

I am enjoying using this propolis serum! Hav been using it consistently in the morning for about 2 months now! I believe this has only 60 % propolis compared to the cosrx serum that has 83%. The packing on this is very beautiful and makes the experience feel very luxurious. The dropper also works well! It is a thicker clear serum (as you can see in the video) but it’s still easy to be spread on the skin. It also doesn’t have a fragrance to it. I always feel really hydrated once I apply it, but because of it’s thicker texture it does feel slightly heavier on the skin.I bought this on sale and would definetly say it’s woth the price  Overall. I’m really enjoying using this product. 

 I really like the packaging of this serum. It feels high end for a cetaphil product. The glass bottle and the pink lid make it look aesthetically pleasing. Despite containing vitamin c, the serum itself is clear in colour and does have very small particles of shimmer in it, which gives a nice glow to the skin. It feels very smooth when applied and spreads easily. I was curious to see if it would pill when layered with my other skincare products, but that was not the case! Application wise, it’s perfect. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other serums do. In terms of ingredients, I was very happy to see that this contains glycerin and niacinamide as the 2 highest ingredients on the list. They don’t disclose the percentage of vitamin C in the product, however, the vitamin C derivative (ascorbic acid) is the 6th ingredient on the list. This serum is also non comedogenic for people who worry about it being acne safe. And it’s fragrance- free, which I love! Based on the ingredients, it’s mainly the niacinamide and ascorbic acid that will help to reduce dark spots and even out the skin tone. Overall, I’m very happy with the this serum. I can’t comment yet on its effectiveness in fading acne scars, but I do notice an improvement in the skin tone of my face. I’ve been using it for about it a month now and I think I will end up repurchasing it! 

Not slippery enough for detangling or deep conditioning 

This is a good cream but it’s not as moisturising as a mask. I think they describe it perfectly. It’s good for defining your curls as a last step but I don’t find this cream to be good enough for detangling or moisturising enough because it doesn’t have that slip to it. It’s in the middle in terms of thickness and consistently and I like that it doesn’t have a strong smell like a lot of curl creams do. This is also very reasonably priced, I think it’s $8-9 CAD! I like that the brand is cruelty free, alcohol, gluten and silicone free as well. It’s also nice that they advertise that this cream is made with rice curl complex and the rice extract is on the third line of ingredients. I would say it’s not the hugest concentration but it’s also not false advertising. Overall, it’s decent, I will finish the bottle but I’m not sure if I will repurchase
