I wanted to restock on some LRP cicaplast baume and I noticed that the packaging is now named as LRP Cicaplast Baume B5+

Yeah, there is a plus sign now on the label. Since when did they decided to change the label? Is this a new formula, anybody out there who has used this and noticed a difference?

Need help. I moved to Norway and still not familiar with the local skincare brands. I’m used to using Korean brands but that’s so limited here. Any suggestions for amazing products available here? Aside from cerave, LRP and Avene. Thanks!

Anybody else experiencing itchy, red, flaky skin in their eyelids? Lately my left eyelid gets swollen if scratched, stings a bit and the area between my left eye and eyebrows is red and flaky. I try using cicabalm and it calms down but as soon that dries up, the same concerns reappears. Anybody know what this is? Or how to address this? Thanks

I’ve watched a lot of vlogs and read articles about how amazing rosehip oil but can’t seem to understand how exactly to incorporate it in a routine since lots of conflicting ways on how to use it. My skin is dry over winter and just putting on a moisturizer is not enough during day time so I decided to add facial oil such as The Ordinary Rosehip Oil. I just simply wash my face followed by mixing a drop of rosehip oil with my moisturizer (Cerave AM moisturizer with SPF). This keeps help my face moisturized throughout the day. Some say it’s good to use day and/or night but I heard somewhere rosehip oil isn’t good to mix with SPF because it cancels it out.. I prefer to use this oil during day time because at night I’ve simplified my routine and prefer to use HA and Cicaplast baume to address the redress and flaky skin concern. Any advice what’s the best way to incorporate or use rosehip in a skincare routine?

What brands are your personal faves and which ones missed the mark.. I’m thinking of using L’Oréal retinol but I have a bit of hesitation since I know L’Oréal as a make up brand rather than skincare. However, I’ve read great reviews of their retinol for beginners and the price is affordable. Just curious what others think of these brands and if they really work

Too oily/greasy and doesn’t get easily absrobed by my skin. 

Affordable and keeps my skin looking hydrated. During winter my skin is so dry and a moisturizer is not enough. I add a drop of this oil in my moisturizer as extra layer of moisture or to seal it in. It cleared the dry patches around my face.

Gives an oily/greasy look and not a good base for make up. I also avoid using this when my skin is extra sensitive (red, itchy and flaky). 

Would consider this as a basic moisturizer. A good option for daily use since this also has SPF. However, during winter I have to keep re-applying since after a few hours I could feel the dry patches around my face. 

It has claims of reducing wrinkles or fine lines but so far I don’t notice that aside from the plump effect. I also notice pimples popping up after using continuously so I try to limit my use to one or two drops only.

Aside from being affordable, I love how this is easily absorbed by my skin and look hydrated. Texture is thick and sticky if applied directly on the face so I make sure to use it on damp skin and it becomes easily spreadable. I use this in the morning before moisturizer and I notice my skin doesn’t dry up. Definitely a good addition to my morning routine. So far no piling after I add my moisturizer. 

My first retinol product and so far all I notice after use is that my skin is plump. I use this once a week followed by LRP Cicaplast baume. It’s creamy and easily spreads on the skin but leaves a bit of a sticky finish. A small amount goes a long way so this 30ml lasts a long time!

Claims to depuff, reduce dark circles and fine lines but tbh I didn’t see any improvement in my eye area. I basically use this to hydrate my under eye area after waking up.

Has a watery texture and a mild aloe vera scent. Doesn’t sting my eyes when applied and has a bit of cooling effect. I love that its packaging has a roller ball which makes application easy. Sometimes I also place it in the fridge before use for added cold effect.
