Moisturizer for oily skin

I have acnes around my mouth.It's not that visible in photo. When I wear mask it become inflameted, painful pimple after the day.cannot be squeezed. I am only using two products attached below and tea tree oil.

what to do

Is oil cleansing /double cleansing  necessary if you don’t wear makeup?

Didn&#39;t suit me. It burnt my mouth area. but I continued using it. Then the burning decreased after a couple of weeks. But broke me out in fungal acne. Maybe because it feels nice and soft so I over moisturized.

Hydrating, moisturizing and make skin soft.

Doesn&#39;t help with acne. I think it is okay when you already have active ingredients in your routine and now u just want a basic cleanser.
Packaging could be better. Maybe packaging was like that because is it recyclable and affordable.

Could be harsh for dry skin. 
Product licked from tube. 

A good gel cleanser with Salcalic acid that is pretty cheap. It didn’t  Over striped my skin and didn’t make my skin sqcueky clean. Reduced fungal acne but didn’t cleared up everything. I have finished 2 bottles.
