Does anyone know of a good foundation for very dry, mature and sensitive skin?  I've tried so many and they are so drying or they irritate my skin.

Can someone please recommend some eye creams that are moisturizing and anti-aging for mature, over 60 skin types?   What I've been using isn't effective and I have dry patches under and around my eyes and sagging eyelids.   Thank you.

I can't think of anything bad except for the price.   It's 40 something for one ounce.
