I'm a south asian... The beauty standard here is "fairer skin" and I'm a girl with colour, so, eventually my skintone became a major insecurity of mine...and i used bleaching creams and i regret it so much, i had the skin type that never gets acne, it totally ruined my skin, i started getting acne and pigmentation, i used several products but nothing seemed to work (I'll post a review about the overhyped products that didn't work for me💞)... however i came across the Salicylic Acid cleanser from the Inkeylist...it helped me get rid of my acne to a certain extent and i used other products like the lactic acid for my acne. 

Note: your skin can't heal with just products, you should have a better sleeping schedule, change your sheets/pillows frequently, drink alot of water, healthy food etc

My skin is not perfect it still has some scars and forehead acne but I'm so proud of how far my skin has come.

And i want you to remember that every skintone is unique and beautiful in its own way, and remember that There's nothing called perfect skin, having acne is fine, having texture is fine, scars? Gorgeous! All that matters is that your skin is healthy!

Proud of how far my skin has come

This is my current Favourite product, I'm so much in love with COSRX after this product, it hydrates my skin and leaves it looking fresh and glowy, I'm obsessed.

COSRX snail mucin essence

Mine is definitely the cleanser from inkeylist, it helped me so much in clearing my acne, although it kind of strips the skin so i try to not use it as often, 

What's your holy grail?

What's your favourite cleanser for clearing acne?

How do i layer these products ?
So how i usually did it was:
1. Ascorbic acid
2. Essence
3. Niacinamide
4. Hyaluronic

Now i do it:
1.  On damp face i rub in the essence
2. Ascorbic
3. Niacinamide
4. Hyaluronic

This seemed to work well though, idk what are your thoughts?

The only Salicylic acid product I've used before was the Salicylic acid clears from the Inkeylist, even though it helped me alot with my breakouts it was still over-stripping my skin, so i was quite skeptical about this property but got it anyways, this lives upto it's name! Its so gentle on the skin, it doesn't over-strip my skin and it effective at the same time. You even get alot of product for a reasonable price... This is one of my favourite cleansers to use when I'm breaking out

Absolutely! I highly recommend it for sensitive and dry skin types.

I have really dry skin and most moisturizer's I've used felt hydrating when i put it on the skin but slowy dries me out again, but this...this keeps my skin hydrated all day long with no sticky feeling. This pairs well with almost any product, even active ingredients! this It is also perfect for almost all skin types! I've noticed my skin had become so much smoother, plump and glowy. I usually use this with the COSRX Advanced snail 96 mucin power essence and hyaluronic acid on days i need extra moisture. This has become one of those products i can not live without !!! I fell in love with this product the minute i put it on my face, I've been using this for a really long time, and it's literally my favourite moisturizer ever.

And definitely helped jn restoring my damaged skin barrier To get the maximum benefits of this product i highly recommend using the with the COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All in One Repair cream.

The texture of this cream was quite slimy with little beads (which they call "vita capsules") that disappears really fast when contacted with the skin, even with its texture it somehow absorbs into the skin so quickly, it has a light fragrance of citrus to it which doesn't really bother me, but I personally do not prefer Fragrance in my skincare, it also comes with a little spooli to scoop the product out which i think is very cool and sanitary! the ingredients in this bottle impressed me alot! i was sick recently, and this was the only thing i used for the past couple of weeks, it helped me look refreshed and radiant eventhough i was a half zombie!

This is a combination of extremely powerful ingredients, the texture is a lightweight creamy formula that is non-sticky and deeply hydrating. It had no fragrance which I love. I also found this extremely gentle on the skin, usually my skin reacts adversely to most eye creams so I don't really use them anymore, but this... I'm obsessed with this one. I had no irritation with this product and I've even noticed a slight improvement in my puffiness, This is also really great as an eye primer before concealer, I'm a huge fan of snail mucin products yet so picky with what I use on my face, this cream contains snail mucin as a main ingredient, which I absolutely and for a fact i know that Benton really exceeded my expectations with this one, I'm definitely going to keep this in my routine for a really along time. And this actually got me interested in trying their whole snail mucin product range.
