What's the best home remedy for hyperpigmentation

It dries out my skin completely. Makes my skin feel tight. Had skin breakouts with approximately two weeks using it. Cystic acne to be accurate and it's very painful. Honestly this product isnt so helpful

Gives a tingling sensation. Totally tightens the skin and dries it out. I dont think it's meant for people with dry skin
