Expensive but it IS Shiseido… I also find that this can feel really heavy and greasy on top of heavier skincare products, but on top of things like toners and gel creams, I don’t get this problem.

Whoever designed the shape of this deserves the biggest raise, because it just fits perfectly into all the corners and planes of my face! This gives a nice glowy finish, glides easily across my skin, and doesn’t require me to blend product in with my fingers! This also has no white cast on my light skin tone as well as darker skin tones, according to benenon on YouTube!

Leaves a considerable sized hole in my bank account 🥲 I’ll have to compare this with other hydrating toners/essences to see if it’s worth the investment. 

Has a milk-like texture that feels so rich and nourishing on my skin while being easy to spread without leaving streaks! Instantly brightens my skin and is very hydrating!

Unfortunately, this does not remove waterproof mascara well for me, even though I (gently) rub my lashes a lot of times… which is so disappointing since this is quite pricey 😓 however, my Elf holy hydration cleansing balm can easily take off waterproof mascara with a lot less effort while being cheaper.

Jelly texture is definitely different (in a good way) from cleansing oils/balms that I’ve tried! It feels really smooth and spreads super easily onto my skin! Removes most makeup like a dream, washes off with water easily without leaving residue, and doesn’t sting around the eyes for me.

I have to be careful washing it off since it contains small particles. I also haven’t noticed any brightening effect, but I’ll have to use it more to see.

This is easy to spread on my skin and doesn’t dry out my skin! This definitely has helped to smooth out texture, especially on my nose.

Hasn’t really made a difference on my skin, but I’ll have to keep trying it and see if anything changes long term. Also I find it a bit hard to wash off with water, and it left my skin feeling pretty tight after about 8 minutes even though the instructions say to leave it for 10-15 mins.
