my unpopular non-skincare products skincare routine

Skincare isn't always about using layers of products. It also includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle and and an overall routine. Here are some of MY OWN routine essentials. 1. Changing pillowcase every week, bedsheets and blanket every 1-2 weeks. 2. Taking a shower every night. 3. Try to incorporate veggies at least one meal every day. If veggies are too difficult to get, at least a fruit. 4. Drinking minimum 8 glasses of water. (I use an app to track my water intake.) 5. Minimum stretches everyday. A full workout or exercise 2x a week. 6. Meditation. I usually go for 2-3 minutes per nught before sleep. 7. Lastly, prioritizing my happiness. These habits are maybe the bare minimum but maintaining them in my routine helped me with my overall well being and ofc skincare in general.
