If you're wearing makeup, I recommend using a cleansing balm/oil first, otherwise you will use up a lot of product. And I do mean, a lot.

I still feel a bit stripped if I don't use any skincare after. Still, it's better than some cleansers in that regard.

The surfactants used in this gel cleanser are so gentle and the pH is slightly acidic so it's perfect for sensitive skin. I can't smell any added fragrance or essential oils in this formula either. Personally, I have normal skin and it doesn't leave my face squeaky clean. 

This cleanser has a syrupy texture that runs a lot so be careful not to dispense too much product. You can make a gentle lather so it still gives a satisfying feeling to your cleanse.

Although my eczema is isolated to one area, the rest of my body gets irritated and itchy very easily. My derma recommends using her body wash with tea tree and salicylic acid, but it's hella expensive. I was very excited to test this body wash as a more practical alternative. Disclaimer though that the brand literally tells you NOT to use this product over eczema, but since it's working, I'm not stopping 😂

I hate using loofahs knowing how much bacteria live in there, so for me a body wash MUST lather on its own and not be too slippery to spread around. This cleanser passes that requirement with flying colors. It also adequately cleanses without leaving my skin feeling dry like most bar soaps do. The scent is clean and green but most importantly, ✨subtle✨ so showering is a pleasant experience.

It does have a cast upon application so you need to massage it in and add in layers to avoid getting greasy. If you're going for a matte finish, this will not mattify the skin.

The comparison photos are totally anticlimactic because I can barely see any difference. Although this has a white cast upon application, looks natural after a few minutes. If you have medium or dark skin, you may need to massage the product more into your skin.

I recommend this for sensitive or dry skin. It did not sting my sensitive eyes. It is also free of fragrance and essential oils. 

If you're wearing makeup, you might need to go in twice (like me) or use a cleansing oil/balm beforehand. I've seen reviews saying this runs out fast because of this. Using this twice a day, I finished it in about six weeks.

I am usually not a fan of foaming cleansers at all. I hate that squeaky clean, stripped feeling that pretty much all foaming cleansers give me. This is the exception. I think the foam comes from the nozzle, not the formula itself. I AM IN LOVE with this packaging. The formula itself is among the gentlest I have tried. This is quite soothing, which is not easy to pull off with a cleanser 💯

Limonene and fragrance are present near the bottom of the ingredients list so I would not recommend this for very sensitive or damaged skin. If you already used the Biore one without issues, then that's a good sign. I never had any problems with this product.

I don't notice any white cast on my light-medium skin. My skin looks hydrated but does not feel oily or heavy at all after application. It's a unique finish because usually, glowy also means dewy, but not in this case.

This product doesn't irritate my eyes (which almost all sunscreens do so that's a big deal for me). This SPF feels comfortable alone and under makeup so I would recommend it for normal, dry and even oily skin. This is my current sunscreen favorite.
