i have a nasty habit of picking at pimples, i just find it satisfying in the moment. but, i always regret it and it creates a bad blemsih. I’ve gotten better at leaving them alone as i’ve gotten a skincare routine; i feel less inclined to pick because i’ve put time, money, and effort to have less blemishes. and it doesn’t happen super often  i don’t have acne prone skin but when it does pop up i have a hard time resisting. what do you tell yourself to not pick if it has been a problem for you? i think hearing other peoples stories would be helpful, if anyone wants to share. 🙂🧴🌷

Looking for suggestions! I currently use The Ordinary Squalene Cleanser and would like to add second cleanser to really get sunscreen, sweat, pollution, ect. off. what would you pair it with? thanks for the knowledge sharing!

when your skin is moisturized do you notice your skin is brighter? 

i have been sticking to a morning and night skincare routine, focused on moisturizer, and i feel the skin under my eyes lighten.

to my understanding the patches focus on relaxing the facial muscles reducing wrinkle appearances. Quote from their website, “Over time, Frownies help retrain the facial muscles to relax, release tension, and lay flat”. 
the patches look great and effective, however I am hesitant because I believe the patches are one time use only.
