Rating 4 stars out of 5 I really wish I could rate this spf higher but I can’t in good conscience. My experience with the Onion Newpair SPF 40 PA+++ sunscreen by Isntree and Casandra Bankson has both positive and negative aspects to consider. Let's start with the positives - there's a lot to love about this sunscreen. The texture is simply amazing, offering a smooth and pleasant application that leaves my skin feeling soft and pampered. Not to mention, it works wonders in minimising the appearance of my pores, giving my complexion a refined and polished look. The added benefit of SPF 40 PA+++ provides much-needed sun protection, which is always a top priority in my skincare routine. However, there's one major drawback that I cannot overlook – the stinging sensation it causes in my eyes. Traditional chemical sunscreens like this formula has tend to be a culprit of this. It's a real bummer and made me hesitant to continue using it. To work around this issue, I've had to be extra cautious and avoid applying the sunscreen anywhere near my sensitive eye area. Instead, I opt for a non-irritating sunscreen specifically designed for the eye region. Now, here's the interesting part. Despite the eye irritation problem, I find myself still considering repurchasing this sunscreen. Why, you ask? Well, the truth is that the benefits it brings to the table outweigh the cons, at least for me. The fantastic texture and pore-minimising effects are simply too good to pass up. So, even though I'd normally write off a product with this level of eye irritation, the sheer performance of this sunscreen has me willing to make an exception. That being said, I must admit that if it weren't for its pore-blurring prowess, I wouldn't rate it as highly. The pore-minimizing action is a game-changer for my skin, and it gives the product a unique edge that sets it apart from others in the market. It will not completely eradicate your pores, but does soften their appearance which is a really nice feature in my eyes In conclusion, the Onion Newpair SPF 40 PA+++ sunscreen presents a compelling case with its luxurious texture and pore-minimising abilities. The unfortunate eye stinging issue has been a challenge, but by adjusting my application technique and using a separate eye-friendly sunscreen, I'm able to navigate around it. I have found that is it slightly heavier and more moisturising in texture compared to the Air Fit UV defence sun cream. But both are still very lightweight compared to other sunscreens once absorbed into the skin. There is no white cast and minimal stickiness. I have found it enjoyable using this sun serum as it has no scent and leaves a subtle glow. ⭐️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 This sun serum is alcohol and fragrance/ EO free. It contains • Ethylhexyl Triazone- which allows high absorption of UVB rays, • Saccharide Isomerate- which is a moisturiser, • Panthenol and Betaine- which both protect and hydrate the skin too. The ingredients allow this sunscreen to be soothing but also retain skin moisture through ingredients like Sodium Hyaluronate and Hyaluronic acid. Other mentions are • Soybean seed extract • Centella Asiactica extract • Allantoin

The Mineral Sun Cream may be a little thicker than the UV Defense but it has a moisturizer function to it which helps prevent my face from oiling up without causing any dryness. Protected and hydrated? It's a win-win situation here 💙
