New Makeup Primers, Eyeshadow Primers & Priming Sprays
These are some new makeup products I've received and/or bought to try OR products I intend to try and don't have yet but it's mostly ones I already have and are currently trying/using so I can build a makeup routine. I'll be doing lists of all the different categories of makeup individually. I've never been a girl who wears makeup I grew up a tomboy but I just turned 29 and I just lost my baby boy his name was Onyx and he was 4 months old.... So I'm doing my own little GLOWUP since I told everyone I know that's what I wanted to do back in October for my bday and of course no one came through to help me so here I am doing it myself! I bought a huge professional cosmetics case and have started filling it with products to try so here's a list of some of the products I've bought myself and some of the products that brands have sent to me to review...... HOPE YOU ENJOY! ❤️🔥💜 ⚠️⚠️***Side-Note***⚠️⚠️ There is a primer not on this list and that is the Iconic London Underglow Blurring Primer. I intent to add it after I do a product request so if you dont see it on here yet it's because the request has not gone through yet. Also there's an eyeshadow primer from Sheglam that I have to do a product request for as well so if it's not on here yet it's because I'm waiting for the request to go through. Thanks for reading & understanding...

Tone Adjusting Face Primer
I got the small one of these primers $10 still.... The lid came with a crack in it and has done nothing but get progressively worse. Doesn't really work as well as I'd hoped it would so I don't think I'll be keeping it in my kimda finalized makeup routine. I think I'm gonna do more research and find a better option. This is definitely a cheap bottle BUYER BEWARE the lids of this product are terrible and either break as soon as you open it or they come broken and just get worse, don't just take my word for it you'll see the same thing on many other people's reviews if you look into it. Ultimately I'd give this maybe a 1.5 / 10 maybe a 2 / 10 if I'm generous and that's only because e.l.f is an affordable brand but a lot of their products are hit or miss. E.L.F Products either seem to be really good or terribly bad there doesn't seem to be any in-between.

This is an airless pump semi-transparent bottle, filled with (I'm pretty sure) a silicone based green tone adjusting face primer. This green tone adjusting face primer is supposed to correct redness. This primer is only $10 so if you're on a budget and need help with neutralizing redness then may e this primer is for you! A trick that I found might help the next person is to use this with another face primer that's a really good one. You only need a pea sized amount of this primer and I'd only apply it to the areas you're having redness issues. Would buy again if I was in a pinch definitely!

Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray
I bought a mini version of this during the recent Sephora sale and lost it somewhere in my house and it's kinda aggravating because the small bottle was $21 USD!!! It's a setting spray but it can also be used as a primer. I probably won't be re-purchasing it because of the price of Charlotte Tilbury products and due to the fact I just drained my savings burying my child. If somehow I could afford it I still don't know if I'd buy it for myself ever again, the only way I may ever try to use it again is if I somehow got it as a gift. I can't say much more about this product other than that. I did start a discussion group on here about it asking if people had used it and what they thought about it but no one really answered my question & the ones rhat did answer only said things along the lines of it being to expensive for them to buy but no one answered my questions at all really.

Edited! I’ve changed my mind about this spray! When I first tried this it wasn’t working that well for me as a setting spray alone, but someone suggested that I try it as a priming spray and a setting spray in the same routine and that was a game changer for me. Now I’m loving it and it works really well to lock my makeup in all day. So if you’re finding that it’s not working that well as a setting spray alone, try it as a priming spray as well and see if that helps! Also really love the mister on this one, it works well and sprays finely and evenly.

Battle Prep Smoothing Face Primer Cream Hydra-Shield
Now this primer is amazzzing! I got this in my very 1st BOXYCHARM IPSY box in October when my hubby bought my IPSY subscription trying to cheer me up after burying our son. This primer is hydrating and smells so lovely. This primer is LITERALLY called SUIT OF ARMOR BATTLE PREP FACE PRIMER! I have resilient combo skin and this didn't make me feel oily at all. I love this primer, I love the way it smells, I love the way it wears alone without makeup. I haven't tried it yet with makeup because I'm still trying out foundations to find the right on for me before I do a whole face of makeup.

WOW! That's the first word that comes to mind when I think of this primer. I've NEVER smelled something SO ABSOLUTELY STUNNING IN MY LIFE! and that's saying a lot because I collect perfume and other fragrances! This is the ULTIMATE HYDRATION EXPERIENCE! This primer is called SUIT OF ARMOR BATTLE PREP FACE PRIMER for a reason! You put this on your makeup WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL! This Hydra-Shield primer is made in Italy but the company TEEEZ COSMETICS is in The Netherlands. This primer is creamy, it's hydrating, it's beautifully crafted and formulated! BE PREPARED TO GET STOPPED AND COMPLIMENTED OF THE "PERFUME" YOU'RE WEARING! I was stopped a total of 17 times in 1 day by WOMEN & MEN who just wanted to compliment me on my perfume or whatever scent I was wearing but it was only this PRIMER!! The smell isn't over-powering it's very subtle. This primer is creamy and goes on like an absolute DREAM. I ended up getting it in my October IPSY box and I'm blown away by this COMPLETELY and HOPELESSLY! RUN YOU GOTTA TRY THIS YOURSELF! This primer can be used on any skin tone & any skin type EVEN SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES!

Secure The Sweat Dry 'til Dawn Primer
I wanna try this primer from One Size SOOOOO bad, but I've read A LOT of mixed reviews more bad than good really. I have resilient Combo./Oily skin and would really like to try this. I've read that One-Size has changed this product from their original formula & it smells ABSOLUTELY horrendous, leaves a film even when the correct steps are followed, pills makeup, and more. I also have read that with it being in a tube like it is that people have lost a lot of product and that's a huuuge issue with me ESPECIALLY when One-Size is Super expensive! I'm still on the fence about trying this one and don't know if I ever will unless they change it back to the old formula, get rid of the smell, change the packaging from the metal tube, and the price comes down because right now I just feel like Patrick (owner of One-Size Beauty) is only out for $$ and doesn't care what he puts out like he used to which is sad but thats how the beauty industry works.

Secure the Blur Primer
This is another primer I wanna try. I've heard this one is a lot better than the Secure The Sweat Primer, I've also read the reviews and they're also A lot better for this primer than they were for the secure the sweat one.i have large pores on my nose & cheeks so I need a blurring primer I'm pretty sure but I'm still learning about makeup and how & where to apply it. I do know that I can wear 2 different primers if needed & if I apply them correctly of course but like I said with the previous One-Size primer this primer is also REALLY expensive & even though the reviews and stuff are better with this product I still don't know if I would take the chance of spending that much money on a product to test it unless I find it on sale one day or it was gifted because i dont want to run the risk of not liking it and wasting $40 or liking it and then having to keep paying $40 to replace the empty ones. I've also been seeing that Patrick's changed his original formula for secure the sweat and people hate the new formula, they also hate the tube like packaging it's in so I don't wanna take the chance of using such an expensive product just to have the formula I like changed on me for a worse formulated product.
