Licorice is a herb that grows in parts of Europe and Asia. It is known for its anti-inflammatory and brightening properties. 💭𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Before opening this toner, I can smell its herbal citrus scent immediately. The texture is watery but surprisingly it is very hydrating. It leaves a glowy finish without any greasiness. My skin can feel the moisture deep down after using it. I have been using it for about two weeks and usually use it with a cotton pad. Besides hydrating my skin, it works well as a cleansing toner as it does remove the impurities on my skin. I love everything about it as it is made with natural ingredients. It is friendly to sensitive skin because it's free of alcohol, paraben, and artificial fragrance. I was looking for a toner without niacinamide to add to my evening routine, to gently clear and soothe the skin before applying my actives. This toner is great, absorbs within seconds, feels refreshing and calming. Not sure about the pore shrinking promise, but it definitely keeps the pores clear.

🌼𝒦ℯ𝓎 𝒾𝓃ℊ𝓇ℯ𝒹𝒾ℯ𝓃𝓉𝓈: This got a whopping 77.78% Gaomi (rice) extract. It also has niacinamide and rice bran extract. Rice extract is known for its rich antioxidant compounds, including Vit E, ferulic acid and oryzanol. The bran on the other hand contains moisturizing polysaccharides, omega fatty acids, and a lot of nutrients. All of these work synergistically to brighten your complexion, make it look more radiant, supple and younger looking. 🌼ℱℴ𝓇𝓂𝓊𝓁𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: What caught my attention was its 2 distinct product densities. The first layer is watery, the other layer is more of like an emulsion. So you need to shake it first before using. 🌼𝒜𝓅𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: After cleansing, I take a few drops at the palm of my hand and massage them well across my face. This has a very watery milk consistency. Very lightweight and easily absorbed by my skin. 🌼𝒞ℴ𝒾𝓃: Php1200 for 150ml, which is perhaps a little pricey compared to other k-beauty toners. But if you have a room in your budget, I would say it's a worthwhile product. 🌼𝒱ℯ𝓇𝒹𝒾𝒸𝓉: I think I've found the one. This is so perfect for my oily-combo skin! I have been using this consistently for ~3weeks, day & night. What I love about this is I can layer it bec it's very lightweight and fast absorbing (I love layering my toners & essences) it didn't make my skin feel greasy at all. And you can already see the instant glow right after application! I haven't seen any significant improvement on my pimple marks though (need to use it more to see), but the overall complexion of your skin will really improve. So if you're after the instant brightening effect and you have the budget, go for it!

I started using this 2 weeks ago, and I must say that I think this has become my favorite toner at the moment. This toner is designed for oily/combo skin, yet I find this very hydrating for my dry skin!!! I can also see that this calms my occasional purging and redness from retinol. I think this helps in controlling excessive sebum in my skin. This is also great for soothing out sensitive skin as green tea is known for having Tannins which has anti-inflammatory properties in them. In my opinion, this toner is great for all skin types. 💁🏻‍♀️✨ The toner has 80% green tea extract which contains amino acids and polyphenols. Other notable ingredients in this toner are Centella Asiatica extract, Allantoin, Beta-Glucan and Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid. Its texture is very watery so it is easily absorbed by the skin. It helps my serums to penetrate better. Also its fresh green tea feeling when patting on my face is everything!!! I am a very big fan of watery toners. I have a thing for them.🤣 It’s really soothing and hydrating. It has a dark tea-like color with a little tea and grassy scent which doesn’t linger too long. I also find the scent very pleasant and relaxing.
