Hi all, I've said it before and I'm saying it again, Shiseido has some of the best skincare products out there! I absolutely loved every Shiseido product I've ever tried and the Benefiance Overnight Wrinkle Resisting Cream definitely hasn't changed my opinion at all! 😉 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Shiseido Benefiance Overnight Wrinkle Resisting Cream is a very rich and nourishing night cream that contains ingredients like Ashitaba, Natsume Extract, Algae (like Chlorella), Tumeric Extract, Gambir and Rubus Leaf. It's an anti-aging night cream that targets wrinkles caused by a lack of sleep. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: When applying this rich and thick cream, the first thing I noticed is the scent. It has a nice, light and pleasant smelling flower scent which fades away quite fast. It isn't really noticeable anymore after applying. I do like fragranced skincare products so I don't really mind the fragrance, but if you have allergies or very sensitive skin, you might to have to consider another product that doesn't contain any fragrances. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This cream has a very rich, thick and creamy texture and feels kinda greasy. When it comes to daycreams and moisturizers, I don't like the feeling of greasy creams, don't like the texture, but I do prefer a thicker and greasier texture for my night creams because in my opinion, they tend to moisturize and nourish even more, compared to the more lightweight creams that I use in my AM routine and I feel like that's what my skin needs. And I really don't mind having a bit of a greasy feeling face when I'm sleeping at night, it doesn't bother me... 😉 It does take some time to get fully absorbed into the skin, because it's such a thick and rich cream so you have to make sure to apply it on time, to avoid stained or sticky pillows. While and after applying, my skin doesn't feel tight or dried out. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: The next morning, my skin looks radiant, plump, healthy and well rested, less tired. Fine lines and wrinkles are looking less visible, even after only 1 use. My face feels soft and smooth and intensely nourished and hydrated. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The Benefiance Overnight Wrinkle Resisting Cream comes in a very classy and chic looking gold colored glass container of 50 ml, with a pretty glass screw cap on top. It's expensive and luxurious look definitely makes this a real asset to every vanity or bathroom. And it's quite good for the environment too, since the container and the cap are both made of glass, instead of plastic. A small plastic spatula is also included in the box but I usually just use my fingers to apply this cream. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: In my opinion, the Shiseido Benefiance Overnight Wrinkle Resisting Cream is highly recommended for everyone over 30 years old! Hi all, Time to get jelly with it! 😉😁 I absolutely love Korean skincare brand Skin1004! I've had the opportunity to try some of their products and I loved each and every one of them! And the Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack sure is one of them! What a product! It's definitely my holy grail when it comes to evening and night products and I added it to my night routine immediately! 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? Skin1004 is a natural brand and all Skin1004 products contain pure, natural and raw ingredients, with Centella Asiatica from Madagascar as their key ingredient. The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack is a very lightweighted gel textured mask that works into the skin while you're sleeping. It contains ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Centella (also known as Hyalu-Cica) for hydration, to moisturize and nourish the skin and to calm the skin down and Melatonin to restore and rejuvenate the skin at night. It also contains pear and melon extracts, ceramide and niacinamide. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The easy to spread and very light, watery gel texture gives a cooling and refreshing sensation (especially when stored in the fridge) and feels really nice while applying. It does feel a bit sticky while applying, but sinks into the skin quite easily. When absorbed fully, it doesn't have that sticky feeling anymore. Although it takes a bit to absorb into the skin fully, it still goes down quite fast. I would recommend to apply it aproximately 10 minutes before going to bed, like I do, to avoid sticky sheets and pillows. It will not be absorbed completely after 10 minutes, however, there will be much less stickyness. But it doesn't feel greasy though. I noticed that when I apply it sooner before going to bed (giving it the time to absorb completely), my skin feels smooth and soft and when I wake up in the morning, my skin is looking radiant, glowy, healthy, plump and young while still feeling smooth and soft. I didn't experienced dry of tight skin at any point. My skin also feels really hydrated, nourished and supple. The hormone Melatonin is known best for it's ability to help you sleep but I'm not entirely sure it also works on the quality of your sleep when used in skincare. I do have to admit that I feel like the Melatonin doesn't really do much to help me during my sleeping process. There definitely are nights I literally sleep like a baby and felt fresh and awake after waking up, but during other nights, I've been laying awake, staring at the ceiling for hours. However, I've been a difficult sleeper my whole life so it doesn't say that much after all... 😉 Besides that, I'm not using it necessarily to get that good night sleep, but rather for it's skin repairing and healing properties, for how it makes my skin look and feel while I'm sleeping and after I wake up. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack has no real noticable scent and I didn't experience any irritations after using this Sleeping Pack. I expect no less from Skin1004! 😉 The product itself comes in a convenient and hygienic squeezable pastel blue plastic tube with a white cap, which is easy to use and makes it easy to dose your product into the right amount for you to use. You also need a rather small amount of this mask, since it's meant to be applied in a thin layer, so it's quite longlasting too. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? This premium anti-aging cream is suitable for all skintypes, contains Grand Extraits de Rose, can be used as both a daycream and a night cream and promises to be unique thanks to it's revolutionary transformational texture. It should give the skin a real metarmorphosis in 3 steps. - The "Thick" phase nourishes and comforts the skin. - The "Thin" phase allows the active ingredients to penetrate well into the skin. - After 1 day the skin should feel nourished and soothed, after 1 week the skin should look revitalized and brighter, after 1 month the skin should be visibly repaired and transformed. Besides that, clinical tests would also show an acceleration in cell renewal. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This cream has a wonderfully light yet creamy texture that melts into the skin in no time! The cream does not feel greasy or sticky and didn't irritate my skin at all. The cream is easy to apply, thanks to the enjoyable, light and melting texture. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Lacome Absolue Crème Fondante has a soft, delicate and feminine floral scent which is noticeable but not too strong, too heavy nor too present. It actually is a really enjoyable and subtle scent that didn't cause any irritations or headaches. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After using the Lancome Absolue Crème Fondante, my skin feels soft, smooth, nourished and hydrated, which lasted all throughout the day. My sensitive combination skin looks radiant, healthy and firm and red spots seem to be slightly reduced. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the results after a longer use, since I only received a tester, obviously, but I can tell you that I have read a lot of good things about it and I absolutely loved it while testing! 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I absolutely love the Lancome Absolue Crème Fondante and I especially enjoy the light texture, the very enjoyable scent, the excellent results and the fact that this cream can be used as both a day cream and a night cream because it saves me the purchase of 2 different products, which obviously makes me save money. The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream is a gel textured cream that promises to moisturise the skin while calming the skin. It also promises to strengthen and repair the skin barrier, to give an instant cooling effect to relief skin redness and to firm the skin. It contains Ceramide, Cholesterol and Fatty Acids for their firming properties, highly purified Centella Asiatica from Madagascar, for it's soothing and repairing properties and Threhalose to provide and lock in moisture. This Cream can be used by all skin types, but is especially good for normal to sensitive skin, can be used on a daily base and is vegan and cruelty free, just like all Skin1004 products. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: I didn't notice any scent. It's a fragrance free cream, which is particularly good for sensitive skin. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This cream isn't really a cream, to be honest, it's more of a gel. It has a very lightweight, brownish colored gel texture that sinks into the skin as soon as it touches the skin and it really does have a cooling effect, as promised. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The Cream comes in this sleek looking white tube with a light brownish cap and is easy to use by just pushing on the tube. The tube is packed in a matte white carton box with brown forest details and looks sleek and modern, as all Skin1004 products packaging does. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: I absolutely love this cream! It feels so good to apply this cream! It's gel texture makes it so easy to use! It melts right into the skin, doesn't run all over your face, thanks to the gel texture, and makes my skin feel so soft, smooth, supple, nourished, moisturized and firm. And refreshed, thanks to the amazing cooling effect it provides! I didn't notice any tightness nor was my face feeling greasy or oily, not even for a minute! After application, my skin looks firm, hydrated and moisturized. My redness is less visible (even after the first application) and my skin is looking healthy, fresh and glowing. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: The Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream is my new holy grail! It's infused with 5-Cica Complex, which is formulated from Centella Asiatica Extract, Madocassoside, Madecassic Acid , Asiaticoside and Asiatic Acid, all active compounds of Centella Asiatica and also contains Niacinamide, Panthenol, Lactobacillus Ferment, Soybean Ferment, Radish Root Ferment, Yeast Ferment and Beta-Glucan. It claims to be Korea's nr. 1 Soothing Cream, providing 100 hours of hydration, calming and healing irritated and tired skin and reducing redness, inflammation and acne breakouts. This cream is suitable for all skintypes, but especially caters to sensitive skin and is acne prone and fungal acne safe. It's suitable to use on a daily base. It's also cruelty free. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: I haven't noticed any scent, so it definitely is perfect for those with sensitive skin. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This cream feels so soft, it looks like a light, creamy and soft milky white cream but it feels more like a serum or a gel based product. It has that jellylike texture but still applies like a cream and looks like a Cream too. It has a very lightwheigt texture that melts right into the skin and absorbs really quickly, without feeling greasy, itchy, oily or thight. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This cream comes in a nice, modern looking glass container with a white screw lid on top of it, which is embossed with the text Dr. G. It looks sleek and professional. The glass container comes in a green and white carton box with green lettering, along with a little white plastic spatula to scoop up the right amount of moisturizer. The carton box contains all relevant information about the product and the brand, including an ingredient list and directions on how to use it, in both Korean as English. The carton box is made from Cica paper. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After applying this cream, my skin feels soft, smooth, nourished, plump and well cared for. My face was looking fresh, plump, smooth, hydrated, moisturized, radiant and healthy. As from the first use, my redness was looking slightly less visible, as are my fine lines.
