Klairs Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil A lighter version of Black Deep Cleansing Oil which is light weight and has a fresh non-oily finish. It claims to remove all makeup, oil, dirt residues dead skin cells and controls sebum production gently and effectively. Favourite cleansing oil among the skincare enthusiasts. My Thoughts: I have learnt having a double cleansing in my evening routine is important to remove dirt, makeup & any pore-clogging impurities, while still being gentle on the skin. I have found KLAIRS cleansing oil did exactly that without leaving any heavy feeling normally associated with oil cleanser. It has a thinner & runnier consistency than normal oil-based cleansers which is closer to that of a thin serum than oil. It emulsified easily into a milky substance once mixes with water, rinses off effortlessly & will leave no greasy residue after cleansing. I love it contains only 6 simple fragrance-free & skin friendly ingredients with 4 types of oil namely sunflower seed oil, grape seed oil, jojoba seed oil & black current seed oil. Each of these oils can benefit the skin in different ways but when combined, you get a cleansing oil that cleanses your pores thoroughly, leaves your skin feeling hydrated & fresh after cleansing, and also rich in Vitamin A, B, C with good antioxidant properties to nourish your skin at the same time. KLAIRS Gentle Black Sugar Charcoal Soap 120gm I actually not a fan of using a facial bar coz most bar soaps make my skin feeling tight after washing.However, surprisingly this charcoal soap with black sugar and pine oil is otherwise. A very mild and non drying soap bar that foams into creamy soft lather that glides smoothly without causing frictions on my skin. I love to use it when my skin feels congested in the morning especially on my extra oily T zone and chin areas that prone to blackheads and clogged pores. It has superb ability to lift up grimes, dirts, sebaceous filaments and cleanses all these away thoroughly without stripping the skin of its natural oil. It removes dead skin cells effectively, banishes whiteheads quickly and prevents new ones from forming. It has also improved my pores appearance, significantly smaller and smoother texture. It has a pleasant light scent that doesn’t linger. I tried it on my body and like how well it cleanses my body and left my body extremely refreshing after a shower.Good to use when you sweat a lot on days when it is hot or after a workout which helps to keep body odor at bay. I prefer to cut it into smaller pieces for easy handling, having separate pieces for face & body, as well as to prevent the whole soap from melting too fast and wasting away when contact with water.

This product is my holy grail! 👑 I’ve been using this for 3 years already and I can’t imagine my skincare routine without it. You get a 35 mL product which is good for 12M after opening it. It has a clear viscous texture and has a citrusy scent. 🍊 For application, I apply 2-4 drops on the back of my palm, then rub it a bit before applying onto my face. There’s a warm sensation which is natural since we a dealing with an acid, ascorbic acid to be precise. 🍊 I noticed my complexion became even and brighter upon consistent application, like what the product claims. 🍊 It really helps even out hyperpigmentation and reduces dark spots from acne. I love that in just 3 days my pimple marks are gone already, and it helps dry out pimples and acne fast. 🍊 Remember to store it in a cool dry place. Always keep it in its box to avoid exposure with light. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and reacts excessively in light. Do not let it be exposed or else the product will oxidize in air or in the presence of light. My 1st bottle became a lot yellow in just 6 months because I didn’t store it in a fridge and because the weather is always warm here in the Philippines. But I learned my lesson now, and my serum is still far from yellow even at 12M after opening.

I am delighted to have found this nourishing, weightless creamy texture, non greasy, scentless gentle midnight blue calming cream that does just that in restoring & calming my sensitized skin. I am also glad this extremely mild and soothing cream comes in a tube now as I don’t prefer having my fingers dip in jars of cream or even with a spatula I find it a hassle. It is also more hygienic to dispense the cream out from a tube. I love to layer this cream after using an exfoliating toner or actives which immediately sealed in moisture and quickly relieves my skin from any stinging sensations. Cream sink in fast into skin and spread easily with just a pea size. The star ingredient in this cream is Guaiazulene, a powerful skin-calming agent extracted from camomile oil that gives this cream a gorgeous blue color. Another beneficial ingredient is Centella Asiatica, which hydrates skin, reduces irritations and keep redness at bay.  I truly enjoy this cream during hot days which helps to cool down my flushed skin.What a perfect daily cream for any seasons of the year that pairs so well with my other skincare products without causing any adverse reactions or breakouts. It fact it also heals blemishes and does not clogged my pores. I will definitely be getting another new tube soon, my best remedy for extremely stressed skin.

This vitamin E mask has a very unique texture. What intrigues me is the thick bouncy pudding like texture that will always goes back to a smooth consistency after scooping and never loses it form. A very special formulation that doesn’t feel oily, cools off my skin instantly while adding a boost of hydration whenever it touches my skin. My skin feels soft and smooth after use without stickiness. Free of alcohol, artificial fragrance, parabens except it contains essential oils derived from plants/flowers extracts (Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citrus Lemon Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil), so please note if you are sensitive to such ingredients. Klairs Gentle Black Sugar Facial Polish I thought this was a facial scrub mask when I first used & left it on my face for more than half an hour only to find out later that this is a facial polish😂😂 Surprisingly it wasn’t drying or makes my skin feels tight after leaving on my face longer.Its grainy feel makes black sugar ideal for scrubbing away/removing dead skin cells/sebum & brightening the skin. It also possesses moisturizing qualities to hydrate skin, nourishes & rejuvenates as well. It is advised to massage your dry skin with a cleansing oil for 1 min before applying the facial scrub over your face using only a small amount, then gently massage & roll over the face to emulsify the oil with water. However, I prefer to add some water to the scrub first to create a slightly creamy texture before spreading it on my face then followed by a gentle massage in a circular motion to let it melts away all impurities, grimes & unclogged pores. I find that in this way the grainy texture won’t feel too abrasive on my sensitive skin. Thus far, this scrub has not cause any irritations neither any negative reactions. It is a pleasure having a good & effective vegan friendly + cruelty free sugar scrub that thoroughly cleans my pores & reducing the appearance of blackheads while hydrates at the same time. I like to use the scrub around my T zone areas that is prone to oiliness & clogged pores. It has truly improved the clarity of my skin leaving a healthy radiant with better skin tone, softer & smoother complexion.
