Dries out/strips my skin 3. Clogs my pores & causes breakouts I can confidently say this balm cleanser does non of the above💃🏻. It’s incredibly gentle, it smells lovely & effectively breaks down spf & makeup. I must also admit it’s my first ever Korean cleansing balm & I love it🥳. It didn’t really sting my eyes unless I have really stubborn waterproof mascara/eyeliner on. It doesn’t leave a film on my skin after rinsing which is amazing🥰. It felt really good on my skin & left my skin feeling soft, smooth & clean! It melted down well & emulsified well. A little goes a long way & I’m very happy I tried this one! The packaging is very appealing, and I like that it is larger than most cleansing oils and will last me a long time. It feels great on the skin and leaves it feeling soft, clean, and not at all stripped. This has a medium consistency that is neither too watery nor too thick, and a little goes a long way. I detect a faint ginseng scent, but it is not overpowering. It cleans my skin thoroughly without leaving any residue or tight feeling. My skin feels plump and hydrated after cleansing with this product It effectively dissolves makeup, dirt, and sunscreen quickly and easily. After rinsing it off, I noticed an immediate brightening effect.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 ⎯ oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 + 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Has a transparent and slight viscosity texture. And has a strong distinct smell to it that are likely the same of dishwashing liquid. Contains betaine salicylate that are bha derivatives which is much gentler than salicylic acid to target blemsihes and acne-prone causing bacteria. A little goes a long way of this product. When contact to water it creates a minimal foam that can already cleanse your face and up to my liking as well since I have oily skin even it claims to be a gel cleanser. It refreshed and cleanse my face without a stripping feeling. However, though it added betaine salicylate but it is not as effective as I thought because its much gentler than the salicylic acid. It doesn't help to lessen or even treat my breakouts. But it do help with its calming and soothing properties. I've almost finish the product and all I can say is that it's only an average cleanser to me. The downside are it has a strong gunk scent it that can be bothersome to smell. It also contains tea tree oil to it that can be irritating to some skin. The packaging also is not good thing and not travel friendly for sure since it leaks that can waste a product sm without noticing it. Overall, this is just more than the ordinary cleanser, it's even true to its claims but I can't vouch the effectiveness to it to help breakouts prone skin like me. Still worthy to try! I got this cleanser as the packaging and bubbly texture looked very attractive 🤭 The cleanser comes in a big generous bottle with a pump to dispense enough product. This blue bottle is a typical color for Neutrogena and I fell for the texture and bubbles of this gel cleanser! It has got fragrance, a little too much for me personally. Would've liked it more if it was completely fragrance-free. I found it to be an okay cleanser, not one of the best though. It doesn't dry out the skin which is the most important point. It also didn't break me out thankfully I'd say it's a decent cleanser, especially for the price and size of the product

This has to be one of the nicest jelly cleansers I’ve tried 🙌🏼♥️ Had a very soft texture that turns into foam, is not stripping or drying at all, great for a wake-me-up morning cleanse or a second step of double-cleanse at night. It does have a nice, sweet and mild scent of blueberries 🫐💜 but not overpowering at all.

The 0.5% SA is toward the lower end and I personally feel that it could be a little higher, but I do see the versatility of this product in that it’s not stripping and can be used twice a day unlike 2% SA cleansers. I’ve personally never felt striped from this cleanser and feel it’s perfect for me to get a little exfoliation to keep acne at bad without damaging my skin barrier. It’s a holy grail and will continue to repurchase.
