Help me with the acne

It's been a long time not having a conversation here. Currently I have some acne, already use the acne spot but still they're not gone. In daily I also checking the ingredients but not working at all 😞 Do you have some routine or product that able to remove the acne fast? Prefer the affordable one 😂🙌
