Never underestimate the power of benzoyl peroxide

Yesterday I could feel a cystic pimple growing on my chin, it was painful and probably due to my crazy diet when I traveled last week. When I got home at night, I put on my trusty up and up (target generic brand) 2.5% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and left it overnight. When I woke up, it was so much less inflamed. Benzoyl peroxide will always be my hero acne ingredient.
