I did not receive the products.

Hi girls!! I need help, I don't know how to report that I haven't received the products from 2 giveaways that I won. 1) COSRX's No Spot Left Behind! 2) I won one of these 3 products: Manyo's Pure Cleansing Oil, Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule, Pure Cleansing Water Sensitive! I tried to report them from the link in the email but it only sends me to the app and I don't get an option to notify that I haven't received them and the deadline to publish my opinion about them is in 4 days. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me, because the link to track the products does not work either. ———- Hola chicas!! Necesito ayuda, no sé cómo reportar que no me han llegado los productos de 2 sorteos que gane. 1) COSRX's No Spot Left Behind! 2) Gane uno de estos 3 productos Manyo's Pure Cleansing Oil, Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule, Pure Cleansing Water Sensitive! Intente reportarlos desde el enlace del correo pero solo me envía a la app y no me sale una opción para notificar que no los he recibido y la fecha límite para publicar mi opinión sobre ellos es en 4 días. Agradecería mucho si alguien pudiera ayudarme, ya que el link para rastrear los productos tampoco funciona.

Same here. The link doesn't work for me to report the issue either. I've emailed them twice and I just get a bounce back email saying they received my message and will get to it as soon as they can and that was a week a go. It's due like this Thurs as I'm in Canada and we had the postal strike and things are still moving slowly so I'm hoping to receive it soon as I also got the Manyo giveaway but if I don't get the extension how am I going to review the product properly.

Yo tampoco recibí el de Manyo, y no encuentro como avisar :( antes en los emails había un link y avisaba por ese medio pero en la app no lo he encontrado
