Sounds weird but if you use Korean skincare, Purito’s Centella serum honestly works wonders! I thought if it helps redness on the skin, why not try it on my eczema lol
I know it’s for your face but last summer I had a really bad rash on my inner elbow crease and I used it everyday since it first started, it helped the redness and helped heal the skin to the point it completely healed over in a few weeks, normally my scarring lasts months/years 🥹
It’s also super lightweight, a watery gel like texture and I just kept reapplying whenever it felt too dry

Tough one indeed. Aveeno for sure. But look into ur diet as well.. Maybe might need to change some stuff for a while?

I tried Aveeno before and it didn’t work too well with my skin, it got more itchy. Yea I drink lots of water but eczema triggers by the weather too which is frustrating 😭 once the sun is out it FLARES 🥲
