Acne and Damage Skin Barrier

Hello to all picky user!! 👋 I just wanna ask something that I still confused about this. Is there a connection between acne and damage skin barrier? I mean, are every pimples caused by damage skin barrier? Thank you in advanced-! 🤗❤️

no , not necessarily.acne might be caused by lots of factors such as hormones, diet , sleep routine, stress level , weather, genes etc. while damaged skin barrier is when ur skin feels sensitive/dry/redness/burning sensation whenever u apply products on it . u aren’t supposed to feel that way as skincare doesn’t need to feel pain to works. how do u k when ur skin barrier is damaged?? when u start to concern abt it. if ur skin barrier is normal & fine, u wouldn’t even bother abt it 😉😉😉

Getting blemishes and acne can be a sign of a damaged skin barrier. Acne is a form of inflammation, whether that be characterized by blackheads, whiteheads, etc. (and that’s okay!) If you believe you have a damaged skin barrier, lay back on the actives and be gentle with your skin.
