for me is just stay hydrated, and go to basic skincare. use any calming ingredients will also helps a lot. i often use centella.

i would say just to avoid direct sunlight so you dont get burns and avoid harsh ingredients and picking at your face, other than that keep using your products and expect clear skin soon :)

I'd cut back to a basic routine.
Also try to use products which have ingredients like ceramides, cica or heartleaf. They are soothing & healing ๐
