from my point of view, sheet mask isnโt necessary to use daily l. just a couple of times a week is great enough. ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

i usually wear sheet mask every night to replace toner use lol ๐ because I love combination of essence/serum with sheet mask, the best feeling next morning ๐

Yes but itโs unnecessary. It can be better to invest in serums you like.

I tried applying the sheet mask every day for a few weeks, but I didn't see any improvement. The skin was just moisturizing and hydrating only.
