Hello! My dry and sensitive skin prefers a minimal approach during my period and even during the last few days of the luteal phase (before my period). If my skin acts out, I stop actives and focus on soothing ingredients. The less, the better.
⛅ AM - water rinse, toner, sunscreen
🌔 PM - cleanser, balm
I also found that what I do (sleep, eat, stress, exercise) during the follicular and ovalution phases has an impact on my skin during the luteal and menstrual phases. Easier said than done, obviously!
