Skin concerns & medicinal products..

So I regularly suffer from headaches and don’t like to take loads of paracetamol etc, therefore I use the 4head balm stick (almost every evening!).. just wondering if these things damage your skin in any way seeing as I use it so regularly? I only use it on my forehead and brow area but over time could the menthol or other ingredients have an impact such as drying out? I haven’t noticed it having any negative effect so far but I’m no expert! https://www.4headaches.co.uk Are there any other medicinal products that we apply which have a negative impact on our skin..? 🤔
