I feel like the problem is not into a sunscreen, but into part of your routine. I would assume HA is an issue - I have this problem a lot, that's why I use HA at night.
What I can recommend instead - HA sunscreen from isntree or Vichy UV Age, both sunscreens are rich in sun protection (both tested, worth a try) and active ingredients.
