๐ŸคšDo you often exfoliate your body? Salt or sugar?

Sometimes I feel too lazy to do it, around 2 or maximum 3 times in a month. Salt granules work harder than sugar. If you want gentle, choose sugar scrubs. And sugar scrubs doesn't give sting feeling like salt did. But I ever study that salt scrubs have detoxing benefit also. What about you? How often do you exfoliate your body? Salt or sugar team?

I exfoliate ard once or twice 2/3 weeks ? ๐Ÿ˜‚ depends on my shedule & mood honestly ๐Ÿคฃ oh wow interesting I didnโ€™t knew thereโ€™s salt & sugar scrubs, I thought all of them r same ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

I use sugar scrubs. I exfoliate 2-3x a week. I exfoliate my face and body on the same days so I can remember lol
