Applying products on your back

As the topic suggests, how do you all apply products on your back? Do you have a tool for it? I look like I'm trying to break my arms and dislocate my shoulders on purpose when I'm applying lotion on my back. HELP!!

im the same.. have to dislocate my shoulder to reach certain areas 😂 but for the glycolic acid toner, i put it in a spray bottle! much easier that way.
