Mechanical face cleansing

What do you think about this procedure? Have you ever done this? I used to clean my face with Ciracle disks. They coped with their functions, but I noticed that the skin began to get dirty quickly, although after cleaning I used pore minimizing products, and rosacea appeared. So I decided that it was time to stop doing mechanical cleaning of the face. Now I use acids to lighten the pores, which in my opinion is safer.
