Hi. First of all, I would recommend visiting a dermatologist and check if it's really a fungal infection since usually fungal acne is a marketing hoax and it's not as popular condition as we think of. Personally, I'm more likely to recommend products like benzol peroxide creams (I guess differin contains this ingredient), products with salicylic acid than popular brands (there are some OTC treatments available and they might work better than drugstore brands).

i use a salicylic acid cleanser to keep mine at bay. not to disregard @betweendots, but from my understanding, benzoyl peroxide are an antibacterial and yeasts eat them up is dessert so it’s not advised to use them. antibacterials will worsen fungal acne.

managed mine by.. -cleansing my hair regularly -bought shampoo with zinc pyrithione -cautious about using leave on hair products (esp hair oils with coconut oil) -using salicylic cleanser 1-2x a week -changing sheets often -avoiding too occlusive moisturizer for daytime -spot/area treat using sulfur+salicylic

You can try a shampoo treatment which has the ketoconazole active ingredient such as Nizoral. But if you are conscious of animal derived ingredients used in products, you may wish to stay away from it as it contains Animal Hydrolysed Collagen.

Not sure if this is available where you’re at but it worked wonders for my sister’s back acne. It’s anti-dandruff shampoo.
