I tried all three I'm from toners/essences, and I liked all of them. Mugwort essence is my favorite, but when it comes to Rice toner, I like that it contains niacinamide. It also feels nicely hydrating on the skin, and I'd say it helps my skin to feel plum.
What I don't like about the Rice toner is that it stings badly in the eyes. It got into my eye once, and it was horrible. I'm stressed about it ever since when using this toner. 😅 Also, I kept forgetting to shake the bottle before using it. The content tends to separate, so it needs a bit of a shake to mix again. 🙂

it’s my favorite toner/essence like I just can’t replace it (I’m on my 3rd bottle). I really enjoy the whole line except the rice mask. it’s very hydrating and really does brighten you up. it does sting the eyes so if you like to diy sheet mask with cotton pads be careful around the eye cause it hurts lmao.

I really wish it brightens up my skin too because that's the main reason behind buying this toner. usually I don't do diy sheet mask but still I'll try to be careful around the eyes even for normal use.

I liked the milk sensation on the skin (you'll need to shake it), it was very hydrating and plumping. I applied it as a regular toner so I never had problem with eyes stinging and I didn't really saw big brightening results but that's also because it can take forever to see results for that concern
