You can try caffeine. I always trust the inkey list eye cream but as usual, it tooks time to show the results. Well sometime, i'm using a microcurrent device too.

I was always under the impression eye creams were a waste of money because there’s nothing special about the skin around your eyes that would necessitate a separate moisturizer. and dark circles outside of hydration and sleep, are largely genetic so you can’t do much about them except surgery. caffeine serums are good for making you more awake and de-puffing. but that’s about the only thing I think is worth buying specifically for the eye area.

try serum or cream with vitamin c. For me, this is best. It has vitamin c, caffeine, retinol and other good ingredients. you can buy it on iherb.com. this weekend they have 25% discount and it becomes good price
