i was thinking whether to take skincare supplement or not but aft reading a few recommendations from dermatologist. they stated that studies show in taking collagen/ supplement to help improve skin elasticity etc does not have much results yet so they don’t think it’s necessary & didn’t recommend either 😀😀
I think it's like with most supplements, they can help if your normal diet is poor but if you have a varied nutritious diet, there's nothing else for them to do!
