I'm taking a supplement. I have too many things going on in my skincare and i changed them a bit too often ( due to reviews ) and collagen requires consistent skincare use which i can't give.
Some dr. also said that collagen doesn't work by just simply slathering it on top of your skin.

there are different ways you can use it, topical or ingesting. ingesting it in food or supplements means your entire body receives the benefits, whereas applying it topically to your skin will only benefit your skin and plump it. I take collagen juice shot everyday and have noticed a huge difference to my skin texture, hair & nails, and more youthful appearance 👌🏼

each of them has different function. either one of them can’t replace another one. there’s a difference in consuming it or applying in on skin but so far for now ,there’s isn’t much studies that prove taking Collagen will helps with skin elasticity, prevent aging etc 😀😀
