"You need a toner which is an astringent." The reasoning at the time made sense to me. It's good to have something which can purify the skin. But harsh ingredients like alcohol is really not the way to go

I agree but for some reason my mother in law used rubbing alcohol on her face and died at 87 this year without any wrinkles. 🤷🏼♀️

washing face keeps your skin clear. this makes some people instantly think that over washing is fine. these days because of the pandemic I only wash my face once sometimes I even forget. Still, my skin looks alright and my skin even became healthier.

over washing any thing is bad my kid over washes her hands since last year and she now has rashes and redness so def lay off washing as much

To use nose strips to get rid of blackheads. It actually removes healthy sebaceous filaments and damages nose skin and pores.

I tried strips when I was in my teens and early twenties, when I had worse acne than I do now. They never did anything for my blackheads.

I don't know if it's a myth or what but wash your face with rice water.I just don't trust it.
