It depends on the products, I suppose. 🙂 For example, vitamin C absorbs better in a lower pH environment, so it's better to use an exfoliator first. But if the exfoliating ingredient is in moisturizer or a thick serum, it's better to apply the vitamin C first.

I typically do thinnest to thickest I don’t pay much attention to the ph level
