Dry like this photo

I was born with excessive dry skin..embarrassing as it sounds, i learned to accept it. Yet, til this day i have not found anything that could possibly heal my skin less than a month. I thought aquaphor would do the trick and a pumice stone, but those 2 pieces of art & beauty takes forever?! So my skin kinda looks like my photo right now. Ashy, crusty, u name it..Is there a substance/pill out there that could help my old skin look brand new again? If so, drop me comments
