Moisturizer for oily dehydrated skin

I have very oily yet dehydrated skin. I usually use the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Aqua Gel as moisturizer all year around. But this isn't enough for my skin during winter. Can you please suggest me a good moisturizer that will be moisturizing and hydrating enough for my skin?
