Help me with my pimple marks

Hi i have been struggling with pimple mark its both dark and reddish so i dont know what it is called and what to use. You can drop some products that you can recommend ( also if you know some cheaper products that is available in the Philippines please please mention, that will be highly appreciated) ♥️
