When there is zero UV, I apply SPF zero ๐ I would apply SPF if the UV index is 2 or above.

I live in gloomy city so I donโt really apply sunscreen that much on cold season. I do apply when the UV index is above 2

Indoors I don't when it's 1 or lower. Outdoors I do when it's 1 or above.
Some people will say to apply it all the time no matter what, others judge by the actual conditions on the day. You can't achieve 100% protection regardless, so it's your choice how extra careful you want to be. The exposure on low UV days would be minimal to none.
