Clear yet bumpy skin?

Sometimes my skin looks/feels pretty smooth and clear in real life(when I look into a mirror) but it starts looking textured and bumpy in photos. I’m not sure what’s going on? Send help 😫

is it before makeup or after makeup? I find my skin looks more textured with certain makeup or sunscreens, but that's bc the product didn't agree with my ski .

i have a technique that i use to reduce bump on my face. 1. use micellar water before use normal cleanser in the morning 2. double cleansing 3. exfoliates skin this help reduce my bump a lot
