lukewarm water and soap. if it's swollen then apply some Neosporin ointment.

it’s just a reaction from the material that your earrings are made of. After cleaning your ears with soap and water try soaking your earrings in a little bit of isopropyl alcohol. Sometimes the soaking helps sterilize them. If they keep turning your ears try a different metal.
