i don't use physical exfoliation cuz i have sensitive skin and i think they are too harsh on skin

I wouldn’t use a face scrub if you have sensitive skin. i have sensitive skin and I normally use a mild acid to remove dead skin and improve texture. You could use a cleanser with salycilic acid or PHA a couple times a week or use a mild acid serum occasionally. Since you have sensitive skin, it would be easy to aggravate your skin so physical scrubs aren’t the best idea.

thanks for suggestions but whenever I use acid like salycilic acid my face turns more sensitive. i don’t know why but it happens to me & my cheeks getting red .

Absolutely NONE! Scrubs do more harm than good.
Chemical exfoliation is nicer and gives way better results!

I agree with the above recommendations - physical scrubs tend to cause micro-tears in the skin and ultimately damage it. I hope you can find a chemical exfoliant you like!

thanks for advice I’ll see . this is just because I already experience facial scrub I gently massage then rins . i used two times a week & it didn’t feel harsh on my skin but whenever I use chemical exfoliation my skin feels more sensitive . maybe I’ll try one more time :)

you should not use facial scrub on you face if you have a sensitive skin.
