There was a post on 'how to contact picky' today, if you were to scroll a bit, you'll already have an answer. To be honest, picky doesn't reply right away. So, you can fill up the form which has the option for you to review the product later. For your other product, I do think it is on the way since you received an email about its shipment (should include tracking code as well).
