Does anyone know what the Monthly Top Pick is all about?

It has been in the past (since they started this series) a giveaway every month with the product pick, odd that it’s not that way this month. That makes it a little confusing.

last month was the isntree HA spf and they picked people who reviewed it before to review again stating why they picked it again and like it so much. I was able to apply because I reviewed it previously. I think this month is the urbanand bubble treatment I haven’t reviewed the urbanand so I couldn’t apply to this months giveaway… ✨the link above is super helpful thx for sharing✨
